BEEPEC Photo Editing Services Co., Ltd operates in the field of real estate photo editing for foreign markets, needs to recruit 5 customer service staffs.

Job description

Foreign customer service staffs are responsible for work and duties related to customer relations, handling customer complaints in shifts. The Customer Services department will work closely with the production department to ensure on-time delivery, update customer special requests, and communicate with the customer.

Specific jobs will be discussed carefully with suitable candidates.

Job requirements

• University or college degree, preferably in English, Customer Service, Marketing & Sales…
• Experience: 0-1 year of experience in customer service or marketing, etc. Experience in quality assurance and quality management of images and graphics is an advantage.
• Foreign language: Fluent in English writing and speaking skills.
• Male/Female, 20-26 years old.

Skill:

• Knowledge of the Customer Service industry is an advantage.
• English literacy skills are required.
• Good communication skill
• Patience and attention to detail
• Teamwork skills, good sense of discipline.
• Hardworking and in good health
• Willing to work in shifts (07:00am – 15:30pm, 15:00pm – 23:00pm, 23:00pm – 7:00am). Night shift is working from home. There is a rotation of work shift
